Politubes uses only the best high quality films UL approved available from the global leading manufacturers, all of which provide excellent electrical, thermal, chemical insulation and mechanical properties.
Politubes multilayer products combine all the properties in terms of dielectric strenght and mechanical shrinkage of each film in order to meet the specific needs of customers.
Our tubes and insulator caps are PFAS free and they offer insulation class between thermal class A – 105°C, B – 130°C, class F – 155°C, class H – 180°C till class C > 400°C.
Dielectric strenght of our tubes and end caps is between 3 kV/mm till 300 kV/mm with reference to the standard: ASTM D-149.
From a mechanical point of view our tubes and end caps can use stable, low shrink AHS – 2LSO (10 – 15% shrinkage) and high shrink HS (40% shrinkage) films.
Politubes uses a barcode system to trace the raw materials used in order to guarantee a high standard of control as confirmed by the UL TEOU2-TEOU8 E350605 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
